GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

We are responsible for the day-to-day oversight of a construction site, management of vendors and trades, and the communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of a building project. We perform a majority of all our services in house and only use qualified, certified and licensed sub-contractors when needed.

PROJECT DESIGN & PLANNING

We are a creative company who spends the time to look at a given project with our hands-on drawing team, providing a variety of ideas with measurements to scale. This process allows our client to visualize a project as a whole, getting all ideas on the table before executing the projected work.

QUALITY CONTROL

Our teams are all trained to understand the value in quality of work. This starts with staging our work site properly by safe-guarding the work space. This include using proper tarps, cones, caution tape, work tops, and temporary containment walls when needed. This keeps the work areas safe from any passing pedestrians and also allows for a clean surrounding area. In turn, our clean-up is handled with the same treatment as the set-up. We understand there is nothing better than leaving the jobsite with a sparkle, so our company places a certain amount of pride behind how we leave a work site behind.
